We have been going to this place for more than 8 years. My cats are seniors now, and they've had some health issues. Dr. Jenn takes excellent care of them. She's solved some mysteries for us. Yes, there've been some expensive tests. But she's always mindful of their issues, likelihood of certain results, etc. She figured out that one of our kitties had a reaction to a vax and got the vax company to cover that kitty's vet bills in sorting it out. She's been honest about costs of doing different tests at different places (e.g., NCSU vet school), and she's even saved us from doing some tests when the findings wouldn't have caused us to do things differently. She's so caring and sweet. And we love the home visits! They're well worth the surcharge for our nervous kitties.
