Review content:
On Friday March 18th, the main sewer pipe in the cellar over flowed. The roots of the trees had plugged up the line. This is a condition that has no permanent solution unless you cut down the beautiful trees. Roto-Rooter has worked at my house since the 1970's. #59, Sherwin, the gentleman who perfoemd the service on Friday is the epitome of a dedicated worker. The roots had plugged the line to a degree that I had never seen. He kept at the process, never complaning, changing the razor bits, pushing and pulling , working with a vengeance. During this very long process, he was always pleasant and positive. When the job was finally finished, he cleaned up and left the vicinity cleaner than before, absolutely spotless. One of the main reasons for your company's success is that you have such noble workers as he.\r
