Please do yourself a favor and don't bother calling. This guy put in a new front door for us and couldn't even finish the job! I asked about the caulking, peep hole and finishing and he told me he was done doing what he had to do! I had to scrape the glue off the door that he smeared all over. I also had to paint the whole frame since he left it with just the primer that was on it from the store all scratched up and ugly. I also had to go and find a peephole and something to drill the hole with so that I could see who is at my door. What is worse is that the door he bought is the cheapest piece of crap. It's literally Styrofoam inside two super thin layers of plastic and when it's sunny outside, you can see the sun shine right through this door! Even worse than that, the door hangs crooked on the hinge since every screw he put into the hinges is at it's own cockeyed angle. When I called him to come back to fix a big gouge that was taken out from the frame when he had mishandled it he said he would be by but never told me when. A few days go by and I was coming home in the afternoon, handling a package that had arrived at my doorstep. As I was entering my home, I leaned up against the door frame to stabilize myself while holding the big box and as soon as I got in I noticed a big white stain on my black office pants. I am a neat freak so I immediately started to look over the box and didn't find anything white that would ruin my pants. I went to see if maybe the paint on the front door was coming off and what did I discover? He did come by to fix the gouge in the door frame. He fixed it by putting wall Spackle where the missing wood had been! And he never called me to at least say he did it. Are you frigging kidding me?!? Spackle? on the exterior of a building? If that's not moronic, I don't know what is. All I know is that I don't want this guy anywhere near my home and neither should you. You have been warned.
