Review content:
I came to this place because I had severe back pain. As I walked into the office, I limped to the front desk. I signed my name, and handed the lady my insurance card. Her responce was to "Have a seat and when I CALL YOU, YOU CAN SHOW ME YOUR CARD" (There was only one other patient in the room) (I am a 50 year old man while the lady herself is about 20) I nodded and took my seat. About 5 minutes later, the lady screams, "EXCUSE ME. EXCUSE ME. I SAID EXCUSE ME.I CANNOT READ YOUR SCRIBBLE AND CANNOT PRONOUNCE YOUR NAME." I limped back to the desk, and handed her my driving license, in hopes that maybe she would be able to read that. She looked at my license, and asked me where I lived. I am pretty sure that my driving license contains that information. When I said this, she told me not to be rude, because she was doing her job and that if I were rude, she would call the police. After that, she told me to get out, and then pointed at my son and told him to get "that thing" ("that thing" being me) out of here. I am wondering how this company hired such rude people to "take care" of the ill and pained. I am pretty sure those who hired these people are exactly the same vicious, impolite and rude creatures who practice the same thing.
