Mark W. Performed the inspection and tune-up of my furnace and heat pump. Not only was the work done with care and efficiency, it was accompanied by much good-natured explanation of what was happening during the process. From this ongoing conversation, I gained many useful insights into the characteristics of the equipment and actions I can take to facilitate its longevity. He even took the time to help me dig dirt and install pavers to straighten up the heat pump, which had taken on a significant 'list' over time.
