I Purchased a Heat Pump unit in Aug. 2012 from J Wheat Company. Jeff promised me a Frigidaire Unit and I recieved a Gibson. On line reviews of this unit are poor. His installation was terrible. When finished it cooled only the utility room that it was installed in because they had bent the sheetmetal up so badly. Serviceman came back and added lots of tape to seal cracks between thier unit and my ductwork. How long will that last. Now unit isn't working right. Only get answering machine when calling for service. Called about 6 times. Told we'd have a serviceman out yesterday, April 30, between 1PM and 3PM. Nobody showed and nobody called to explain. I'd avoid J Wheat Company at all cost.
