If you look back at the record of reviews. you will notice the pattern. Once the truth has been told. The people that have an interest are writing wonderful reviews. may they be friends, bosses, or friends of bosses. Yes there are families there who are writing great reviews upon request to help out the situation. However, I do believe that if a pole was taken the results will not be as good as they would like the public to think. Most of the reviews have been written after March of 2012. After all the falls, bruises and neglect. I have finally decided to take my mother out and bring her back into the community. don't let the problems drive you nuts. know your rights and stand up for it. I was harrassed by letters through their lawyers, who knows nothing about what goes on there. but money and golf talks (sometimes) I moved my mother on April 29,2013. In her belongings was a Christmas card I sent her in December 2012 unopened covered with food partacles and liquids along with a sealed card for my mother's room mate from her family dated March 29, 2013. no one takes the time to even try to read the mail to the residents.If the rules are followed and the care of residents becomes more important than profit, it would be a wonderful place. but then again who keeps the facility open? residents....you must remember without residents there is no business. stand up for your loved ones and maybe this hell hole will become a better place. I am sure there is hope. this is My true review.
