If you are looking to switch credit unions, Metro Health Services Credit Union is a great one to swith to. They have 4 different locations that are greatly located and have wonderful tellers to help you out. I have been a customer there for over 2 years and I have never had a problem with them, other then that they won't cash 3rd party checks. There procedures are typical of most credit unions that you earn interest on all your balances and they don't charge as much for overdrafts. A big plus to this credit union though is that they have a ton of ATMS. I'd go here if I was looking for someplace to bank!
