Paul discussed issues related to our furnace combustion air intake, addition of a capacitor to our AC unit to reduce power surge at turn on, replacement of two sink disposal units, and the replacement
of a toilet stool being used with a seat riser by a taller stool providing both water conservation and better stool evacuation. We accepted a number of his recommendations and asked him to return to finish carrying out the work. He returned with his "apprentice" Beau Dunbar. We were very pleased with their efforts and with the explanatory "walk around" upon completion of the work.
