There are times in your life when you know that God has blessed you. In my case, I can only say that I am absolutely thrilled with the help that I have received from attorney Beatriz Pelayo-Garcia. I was looking at being evicted because I was not receiving any child or spousal support. While I was barely making any money and could not get ahead because I could not afford to pay daycare to be able to work, my ex was having a great time keeping the $8k+ a month that he would make without supporting his family.
It was so easy for him to just walk away and not look back – regardless of how we were struggling just to live. With so little left to lose, I thought I would just step out on faith and talk to a few attorneys about my options. I met with several attorneys, but none were as real or caring as Beatriz Pelayo-Garcia. Also, it was clear to me that she was not motivated by the money, but I that I felt an instant connection to someone who know what she was doing on account of her expertise in Family Law. I borrowed what I could from friends and family members and have never regretted it since as it has paid off in volumes. Not only have I started to receive SIGNIFICANT amounts of child and spousal support, Beatriz Pelayo-Garcia also got him to pay for my attorney’s fees as well.
Perhaps the best part was that my attorney found money that he had stashed away and I was able to get a lot of that money!
Now. I am off to a new life and my kids are doing well!
Beatriz, you will never know how grateful I am for your constant fighting for me when I needed it the most! God bless you!
