Review content:
Multiple complaints were made by several tenants for problems dealing with an ignorant smoking tenant and never resolved. Doors and other fixtures were not installed properly. Poorly insulated apartments. HVAC system is very inefficient and results in high heating and A/C bills. Noise levels are ok. Carpeting is some weird kind of old shag looking carpeting. Their idea of renovated units is fake granite countertops. Other apartment complexes in the area at least charge higher rent for stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I strongly recommend avoiding this over priced, aging place.
