I didn?t have a clue as to what was wrong with my computer. It was slow and I had to reboot often. I didn?t want to tear it all down and take it all over town to get repaired. To tell you the truth I was ready to buy a new one. I made one call and all my problems were solved. I had the viruses and spy ware removed and they installed software so it wouldn?t return. They were patient, knowledgeable and very professional. I told all my friends and now we feel we have an inside connection for all our computers issues. I am proud to recommend The PC Specialist to anyone who has a computer be it home or in business.\r
