We learned the hard way that you can’t be sure of a backup until you try to restore it. We thought we were doing the right thing but found that a virus had tricked us into a false sense of security. So when our server crashed we discovered we had a corrupt backup as well. The technicians removed our hard drives and performed their magic. They were able to recover our data, remove the viruses and rebuild our server. \r

We thought our business had been lost. But the Personal Computer Specialist put us back on solid ground. They now perform remote monitoring to keep us in optimal condition.
