I live in San Diego and my computer needed in home service. I had the miss fortune of having the PC Specialist visit me re a repair.
This guy is an psychotic and dangerous! He also has a very neat system to triple bill customers. He will give you a low estimate over the phone. Then when he shows up he will tell you your whole system is corrupted and try and sell you a bunch of software. He sells the software for huge mark up. And then he bills you again for this install.
He is the biggest con artist I have ever encountered in the computer field.
Pros: NONE!
Cons: HE IS A CON!
