We've been a customer of Clean Works Services for 20 years. They do 3 floors of office space. They crew we have is impeccable and very efficient. They go over and above and always exceed anything we expect.
When someone on the crew is on vacation, we definitely feel it but everyone is very responsive and fills in where necessary. They give us a comments log where we can submit any comments and questions to be reviewed by the owner. It's a great relationship. Price-wise, they're very good. We re-bid every 2-3 years and they always make economic sense.
