Have to agree with all of the other reviews re Mike is a nice guy and very knowledgeable and honest. The installers came out and did the job the day of a snow storm which greatly impressed me. After installation there was a problem ( a part burned out I think) which they had to return and replace. The only drawback was, they could only come out during morning until mid-afternoon, so I had to go a few days w/o heat because I work during the day and had to take a day off so I could be home for them to come. I wish they could have extended their work hours. But that aside, they came and replaced the part and everything has been running fine since. I would like to thank Alpine for the very nice package of brownies sent to me as a thank you. I say thank you back!
