Review content:
The Kensington is an exceptional facility with staff that care for people with memory loss. My mother was transferred to this facility to be closer to home and friends and everyone there got involved in getting to know her. The nurses on the floor, the operation people who make sure her room is clean, the chef, and even the partners knew my mom. I think it's great that they make that effort.
At the beginning, my mom did not sleep at night and one of the partners actually stayed up with her for some time. I think that they really strive to meet their goal of treating our loved ones like they treat theirs, and they are doing great.
Aesthetically, the place is very nice. Operationally, it runs well. And, the location is perfect and within walking distance of good scenery.
