Review content:
In the past I have visited Leslie Pools at other locations and have, on those occasions, experienced long waits and short answers from cool if not unfriendly staff. My visit to this Leslie Pool store did not improve my impression. I brought in a sample of tap water, not realizing that the readings would be completely different than from the filled pool. When told this I said "then lets not do it". The reply I got was, "No, you said to do sop I will". I asked "Why do it if it will be no good". 'Answer, "Because you asked me to". It became apparent that the employee was being sarcastic, not in a joking way. I had to tell him not to do the job. He did help me purchase chemicals that I needed to start the pool, however, his demeanor was set to try and make me feel like I should not be taking on such a job. The next day I thought I left one half of the skimmer that I needed to fit a gasket. It was eventually found elsewhere, but I was met by a different employee who found it very bothersome
