This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! I had to move here because of certain circumstances, and the rent was in my price range at the time....BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! For one the black mold here was soooo awful! I was sick the whole 8 months I lived here, as was my toddler. But they wouldn't let me break my lease. No matter how much and often I cleaned it, it was back 10x's as bad. It was everywhere! My apt. also reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and so all of my stuff smelled so bad! I had an issue with a pipe leaking so they had workers come in to fix it. The workers helped themselves to my food, used all my paper towels, and fill my garbage can full of their stuff. Not to mention when I got home my bedroom door was open and a pair of my panties were laying on my living room floor! Then when it was time to move I cleaned my place top to bottom, in hopes of getting my full refund back. The apt manager at the time even commented on how nice it looked. Well when TJ Guyer came and did a walk thru, apparently it wasn't up to "standards." So I got a letter in the mail stating that I left the place a complete dirty mess, and they had to replace a lot of stuff. So my deposit I got back was only $30 something dollars! Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Don't make the same mistake I did and move here! You will seriously regret it. I will NEVER rent any property from TJ Guyer again!!! And I wish I could warn everybody else too. They are a money hungry company, with crappy apts.!
