Horrible place BE AWARE.\r
Last minute before going to Florida decided that I need touch up for my highlights. My stylist was not available so decided to try Fantastic Sam's --WHAT A MISTAKE! Tatyana my ""hair stylist"" (if you can call her that) bleached my roots whiter then the ends. I couldn't believe it when I saw my hair. I was soo upset and disappointed almost cried....She seemed so nervous and offered to fix it from second try. But how you can fixed over bleach hair ???? So I decided to color it brown...at that point I just wanted to even them out. Guess what even solid brown color turned out awful ....my hair were lighter in some spots and darker in other. Another ""stylist"" came to help and they were both playing dump and saying that my hair looks ok??? I couldn't believe it. Ask to talk to the manage/owner of the salon but they refuse to contact her/him. They offered to ""try' one more time..what?? I understand if I was on some kind of experiment that might be ok , but now Fantastic Sams is open for public, but they not sure what they doing.\r
I was sooo up set that had to leave.\r
They made me pay $65 for my foxy new look... NO sympathy, NO follow up phone call from the manager , NO apologies. My friend and family had a blast making fun of me all night. I still can't believe about all situation I got my self in.\r

I suggest stay away ....Just a horrible situation to be in!
