Stayed there twice while son was at a 4-H convention. Elevators wouldn't work right. Some passengers thought that they wouldn't go if there was too much weight, but it was hard to get anyone to get off so that the doors would close. Sometimes the elevator would go all the way up before coming down & stopping at EVERY FLOOR! I was not able to dial my son's room from my room or from a house phone. The desk clerks insisted that he must not be there when I knew that he was. For 4 days I begged for assistance but nothing was done. Others had the same problem. My son missed a very important dinner because nobody was able to phone him or get to his room because of the elevator situation. I also thought the rooms were crummy for the price. The bathrooms were in bad shape. Pros: convenient location, convenient parking Cons: terrible elevators, old rooms, unresponsive staff
