Review content:
The receptionist (Judy) was rude when I called to make my first appointment at ID Salon. She acted annoyed when I asked her for a recommendation for a stylist, and she sighed in disgust when I asked her how much my haircut would cost. I was so upset with how she treated me that I called back the next day to cancel the appointment. Ironically, she was also rude to me the next day too! ID Salon *might* be a fabulous salon... But I'm going to give my business to one of the many friendly salons in Wellesley. It pays to be nice to customers!
Pros: I'm sure there are good things to say about the stylists
Cons: Poor customer service! No website with helpful info.
