Kory met with me first to discuss all work I needed done. He was able to address one issue I had during our walkthrough without a charge! After deciding what work needed to be done he prompty sent out a handyman to do the repairs. I am happy with the work that was done. They also went above and beyond to look into an issue that was found during an inspection. I will be hiring him again to do repairs on my rental as well. It is nice to have a trustworthy resource when small household maintenance issues pop up.
