I have gone in there for years and found their service in a steady decline. This summer I had house guests from France and they bought almost $100 worth of MP3 wireless stuff for the car. The manager, Hector Sianez, waited on us. He assured us these items worked in the US, Europe, etc. Guess what - he had no idea what he was taking about. My friends sent them back and I tried to return them today - not only would he not accept them without full original packing - he denied he ever said they would work. Not only is he unknowledgable, and misleading in what he tells customers in order to sell products -- he can look me in the eye and lie. Bad news. Pros: easily accessible Cons: see details
