Review content:
JCI Roofing Company did an excellent job. They went beyond what the contract said and did work that was not part of the original job. They did the work because it needed to be done. They didn't charge us for it, which we thought was really nice. They did an excellent job.
They thought of everything. They had plastic tarps to cover the project in the rain to keep the project dry. Also, when the weather was too cold to start in the morning, they waited until it was warm enough to begin because temperatures are important with roofing.
When they were finished, it was too dark for them to clean up properly, so they assured us they would be back the following day for clean up. They were. They cleaned up all the nails and garbage left behind. They did a really good job.
At the beginning, we weren't sure and were watching them closely to make sure they did a good job, but by the end, we completely trusted them. The owner, James, is a very honest and good business man. We own two more properties we will be asking JCI Roofing to look at.
