Review content:
I placed an order mainly due to the best pricing for model horses, no shipping charges after a certain amount, and no additional surcharges. My order is on hold waiting for an item to come in mid-February, but it's past mid-February and I have no idea when my order will ship. I haven't seen any communication come through. Also, the website is a little difficult to find what I'm looking for. I'm only interested in model horses, but if I look under the categories for "traditional" or "classic", accessories also show up. Also, the models that show up under the scale categories are sometimes in the wrong category. Some classic models are showing up under the traditionals. There are 2 columns of models on the screen, but I only found that by luck. The 2nd column off to the side, so I have to scroll over to see that there is a 2nd column.
