Beware. Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced. 03/29/13. Terrible customer service. Incompetance and lack of follow through from the first tech to the office manager. Called about a simple tub/shower issue. After 2 visits and 1 no show they still arent even close to resolving the issue. The first tech took my receipts and all my paper work and promised to return. Have never seen him again and no one knows where my documents are. In addition first tech lied about ordering the necessary parts. When the 2nd tech came out he alleged no knowledge of my issue and said nothing was ordered. The manager assured me she would take care of it and send me the information I needed to order the parts myself (can you believe it, I have to order my own plumbing parts???). She never sent the info. When I called back to find out why, Imtold she is onvacation and maybe she'll be able to help me next week. I've owned 4 homes and been through service issues in the past but this takes the cake as the worst service I've ever received from a company. Beware.
