I am writing this to commend Darlene and her team at Property Management Investment Group for the swift action in replacing the shower with a tub enclosure. This two bedroom one bath unit had a single mother with a baby as tenants and the whole project was completed in two days. It was done in a way to keep the tenets from suffering from loss of the shower.\r
The old leaky and broken shower was replaced with a more desirable shower/tub enclosure.\r
As I work in the construction/maintenance field I have some knowledge in what’s involved in a undertaking like this and related cost.\r
I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the job done and the cost was more than reasonable.\r
It’s not the first time your company has showed its true merit.\r
Over the years I have had three other property management firms care for these properties that you care for and you outperform them on every level.\r
Consider me another very pleased customer.\r
