BEWARE- This insurance provider is not a credited business,
according to the BBB of Michigan. I have experienced the worst
possible customer service from this office. To shorten a long
story-I have no vehicle insurance with this company and they
have been taking large sums of money from my bank account and
have yet to refund me. I have spoken to every employee in this
office including Mr. Gilliam and still have yet to get this issue
resolved. Not to mention all of the banking fees that have
accumulate because of this fraudulent activity.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB, Michigan Office of
Licensing and FOX 2 NEWS problem solvers. I also know of
another customer that has had similar issues.I would like
the public to be aware, in case there are more of us out
there! NO STARS HERE* I am a single mother, who is working
extra hard, everyday to make ends meet. This office should
be ashamed of the uncompassionate, unprofessional service
that they give to others.
