Huge Mistake!!!! I went to this office for a standard eye exam and to inquire about contacts. Nothing was explained to me. Very few of my questions were answered. When picking out new frames, the selection was very limited. Not to mention, a fitting for contact lenses was done without my consent. When I questioned the amount I was charged, I was told a prescription/fitting had been completed and my money could not be refunded. Although, I never received any trial lenses, wear instruction, or care/hygiene instruction. If you're wondering, yes, I am very bitter over the $150 I was wrongly charged, but that aside, I was very disappointed in the lack of communication during my exam, the limited selection of frames, and the fact that almost all of my questions went unanswered. I greatly wish I had read the reviews before scheduling my appointment.
