I was very happy with the results of the cleaning, all the stains we were concerned about were removed. The representative sent to our house was very friendly and professional and I would be happy to work with him again. My only issue is that it took longer than I would have expected for them to confirm the date I requested. I know they say you have 95 or so of getting your first requested date/time, but I needed to know 100 because we were trying to schedule the cleaning around a furniture delivery. I had requested the appointment at least 3 weeks ahead and did not get my final confirmation until 1 week prior. One week in advance would have been ok under other circumstances, but I had requested the date early on purpose to get a set date to know when I could schedule other activities.
