My husband and I purchased a car from them with less than perfect credit... they told us to keep the car for a year, then once we showed good credit history with them they could get us into another.. ""better"" car if we so choose. After our year we called to see if we could do just that..... and even put $2500 down.\r
Well, they took ALL of our info- pulled our credit and to NO avail- NO response.. no call , no- we don't want your business cuz your credit stinks or anything... also, I had to deal with the main office and put my payment off for 3 days.. they assured me they wouldn't run my card until Saturday morning cuz I told them my husband didn't get his ck until Friday but might not be able to put it in the bank. Needless to say they put it thru on Friday and I had 6 overdraft fees... MY fault, should have known better.... We have another vehicle thru Public Auto Sales.. actually our 2nd with them and I have referred EVERYONE I know to them instead of AutoMax.\r
