The review written by BTHOM is absolutely amazing. His comment at the end where he states ""you must try them"" is absolutely correct. Unfortunately once you do you will never ever return back for service! The service manager waits on you as if you are wasting his time, effort, and life in general. He is absolutely the worst customer service representative that I have ever come across in my days. The girl they have answering the phones is absolutely clueless and have sold me incorrect parts several times. The mechanics seem knowledgeable however I was reprimanded for speaking with the mechanics by Greg who I believe is the service manager. His exact words were I don't pay these guys to talk to you, you are wasting my money and my time. Ironically, I started asking Greg questions regarding my engine where he had to call on one of the mechanics that I was already speaking to to answer it. Their show room is run down and looks very old, their parts department lacks organization and cleanliness, their customer service is absolutely terrible one of the worst in the industry, and I shall never return here with my boat or another question again. I find it odd that some of these reviews are written as if they are advertisements. Makes you wonder who the author is. I am quite confident that the positive reviews on this website are written directly from the owners of the company themselves, or a management company hired to give positive reviews. Please consider yourself warned boat owners beware! Dont forget to check out their other NEGATIVE reviews on RIPOFF REPORT. A few people claim to have been charged for things not done to their boats, and overcharged service.
