Not the first time I've been disappointed but certainly the last! Had a set appointment for system turn on for quite some time. Waited around for 3 hours, finally called to see what was up and I was told that they had to cancel my 2:00 p.m. appointment because their technician finished at 12. The owner Tom Tracy said to me"" why should I pay my guy to sit around for two hours!""\r
So because you can't schedule properly you cancel my 2:00 oclock appointment? I left work early, cancelling important work to meet with you. It was important that the appointment was kept because of lawn work being done the next day. He then became pugnacious and arrogant and certainly unapologetic and did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. The system installation was a disaster where the crew descended upon the the house like paratroopers drilling a hole in the boiler room foundation wall completely covering my brand new heating system with cement dust and debri without cleaning up . system should've been covered while drilling! \r
