My first and last time at Cordova Car Care happened this week. I had an appointment set up and the day before my car wouldn't start. I had the car towed there because I knew I had an appointment so I figured it would get taken care of quickly. Not so. I was told there were 6 cars to be serviced first and that it wouldn't get looked at until later that day or the next morning. I had to rent a car due to their lack of respect for my time and my appointment. The next day I was told the battery was not functioning correctly. I replaced the battery was advised to replace the battery terminal wire which was done. The service fee was quoted at 45 turned into $80, $20 for the part, $40 for the installation. So after $155 to Cordova Car Care, $150 for the tow, and $45 for the car rental I would not use that location again.
Pros: Good Location
Cons: Too expensive, too time consuming
