It is no secret that my daughter has ADHD, and she has a very good counselor at the Family Counseling Center here in Kennett, and they aren't just for people with problems. They have helped me understand the symptoms and what is ADHD, and how to cope with some of the things that my daughter will go through. They have targeted case managers that come see us once a week, and work one on one with my daughter, and if I have any questions, or any concerns, I don't hesitate to ask. I can call and talk to anyone day or night, if necessary, and they always make things clearer, or better, whatever the case may be. It isn't always easy for her, but with them on our side, it makes it easier.
