Had the worst customer service experience in this location!! I wanted to parcel a small package there, and the post worker named, ""Mr. Brown,"" was very rude and unprofessional! He would not accept my parcel without wrapping tape. He told me I needed to buy the whole tape. He was not courteous to the situation at all, and told me he would be more courteous if it was a different customer!!! This postal worker was reckless in letting customers know who he's discriminating!! I could not complete my transaction there due to this remark. I told him I will file a formal complaint with USPS. He would not provide his name when I asked, nor did he have a name tag. Instead told me his name was posted on the entrance door. His name was not posted on the door, so I asked him again, and he did. Very rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable postal worker!\r \r
