Review content:
I have a different opinion of this veterinarian, as I had a very different experience. It is my opinion that the vet is more concerned with charging erroneous fees than with the welfare of my pets. I took my dog in for a nail trim and was charged an additional fee, which they labeled as a "restraint fee" because my dog is nervous and required a muzzle. It was also the first time I was never presented with a detailed receipt. I asked for one and then they complied, clearly they didn't want me to see the additional fee. I wonder what outrage a family would feel if insurance companies began charging more for nursery care for cranky seniors or babies whom cry alot. Sorry that my dog is nervous around strangers, but having to pay an extra fee for this is really ridiculous. I have now moved both of my dogs to LaGrange Animal Hospital. They are far more caring and tolerant of my dog's nervousness and unease around strangers. They certainly don't charge extra fees for this.
