I've gone to OrthoRehab Specialists a couple of times for baseball related injuries to my shoulder. Mike and his staff have been incredibly helpful in giving out rehab routines that got me back to where I needed to be without setbacks. I play at the Division 1 level so while going through high school baseball, I needed to be healthy to play so that recruiting opportunities wouldn't pass by while I was sitting on the bench. Not only did his rehab get me healthy, but it set me up with a plan to continue forward to prevent injuries in the future. I went to OrthoRehab Specialists for the first time at the age of 13, went back at age 16, and if I ever had anything else, I'd go there again in a heartbeat.
