These guys provided a very clear small window of time in which to expect them, arrived on time with plenty of warning by phone, friendly and funny, picked up two huge dressers easily, angled them delicately and quickly down a very narrow staircase with no damage. The whole process took about ten minutes. My understanding is that the furniture will also go to good use, they can either sell at their leisure or will donate. I highly recommend this service and will use them again myself!
