12/14/07 .. Vicki cleaned our 1200 sq ft home. Not terribly pleased. Small annoyances but I was paying for service. Room waste baskets were emptied but no new bags put in & they were left on the counter for insertion; a really smashed Christmas angel with no note to say what happened. Luckily, although a favorite, not an heirloom; unwashed ash trays, pictures/mirrors left off center, vacuum cleaner left in middle of living room, \r
unwashed dish left in sink .. one of the reasons I need help is because of a hand infection. I cannot immerse my hands in water; objects on floor moved but not returned to where they were. On a positive note, the floors and bathrooms looked good and all carpets looked vacuumed. Furniture was polished. It looked like our cleaner was in a hurry. I think two people do a better job than one person. It takes too long for one person to do a thorough job which wasn't all that thorough this time. While I would use this service in the future, there are some ground rules that need to be met in order to justify cleaning. rate. Next time, if something is broken, an explanation/remuneration or apology is definitely in order!!\r

Perhaps you could work on these things before the next cleaning appointment is scheduled???
