Review content:
Having already had a couple laser treatments on my legs at my old place prior to moving here, and seeing great results, I decided to check out American Laser Center. The manager was very nice and telling me how the laser was going to be great for me since I've already seen good results before, and so I signed up for laser on 5 areas.\r

Well, the technicians would never treat me at the proper setting, even though I told them I wasn't seeing any results (or even feeling it like I did when I first got it done). The technicians kept saying they were treating me at the right setting. I would call the office and leave messages repeatedly, never to get a call back. I went through all 6 treatments and into my 2 year contract without any results! Finally they changed management and Epris was the manager and Liz was the asst. manager. Liz agreed that I hadn't been treated on the right settings, did a test patch on a lower setting, and put in my notes that I could be treated at the appropriate setting every month for 2 years if I paid a small fee. Having promised this, I agreed. I got one treatment that had some results, and then they changed the program. I'm back to a setting that doesn't work on me and they now tell me I have to wait 2-3 months between treatments! Epris says I have to call Customer Service to discuss it with them (what's the point of being a manager if you can't do anything?).\r
\r
I've now made 7 calls in a span of 2 months, each time being told that Angelica, the Regional Manager, will contact me either that day or within a week...and still no call!\r
\r
This place does not produce results and has the worst, I repeat, the WORST customer service I've ever encountered anywhere.\r
Pros: Nothing
Cons: EVERYTHING
