I, also, purchased the Living Social Deal for the carpet cleaning of four rooms.
I did not even want to give the one star. Why? A company that has made an appointment for a specific time on a specific date that doesn't show up, nor even call, doesn't deserve it. I had spent hours moving my furniture, picking up smaller items and vacuuming in preparation for my carpets to be cleaned.
That evening, I called the owner and left a message with his answering service asking him to return my call. It is now three days later, and I'm still waiting for that return call. I would not have rescheduled, because I had already lost faith in Triangle Legacy, but did want to know why they treat their customers like this.
Luckily, I was able to contact a reputable company that came the very next day and cleaned my carpet.
