They said they could fit an electronic filter in here, so they moved my furnace around and it's a very poor job. I've had different kinds of problems ever since. They talked me into a different furnace, which was ridiculous. Before this, I didn't know anything about furnaces. I should have done some research before.
They suggested I take out my 2 stage American Standard that I paid $3600 for and put in a 1 stage Trane that they said would heat the house better because it is a ranch. It didn't work. Also, when they put in the 1 stage they didn't check the thermostat to see whether it was wired for 1 stage or 2 stage.
They never left me with an instruction booklet, or a care and use manual to go with the furnace. I had people look at the job they did and they wondered how I even got any heat out of the thing.
I had them come back out and put my 2 stage furnace back in, after a hassle. They said they would come check it out, so I waited around all day and they never showed up so I called and they said he had a dentist appointment so he wouldn't be coming today but he would come the next day. The next day he didn't show up either.
They never called the city inspector to get permits, I think they're working on the fringes to save themselves money. I am very unhappy with them and I would never use them again.
