I had them out to do some work on my daughter's furnace at her house because she was having problems with it. It was around 11 PM, and I had called two other outfits where I just got an answering service but never got a call back. When I called Southwest I spoke to someone, and within three minutes I had a service tech give me a call back and he came out to look at it. He spent a lot of time looking at it, then went to the shop and got the parts he thought he needed, but it turned out they needed to order another part. They ordered that and had it in first thing in the morning and he came and got everything working. He then followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working correctly. There was a bit of noise that wasn't there before, so he came back out and checked it, it turned out there was some extra dust that had gotten inside so he cleared that out and it's been working good every since.
