Review content:
The Doctors are great IF you can get an appointment or a call back. There are way too many people in the office and no one ever seems to be busy, but when you call they are quick to transfer you TO a VOICEMAIL. You will NEVER get a call back! I missed 2 MRI appts because the lady who scheduled them never called me to tell me when they were. I called everyday for 5 days. One of the voice mails tells you not to call back or your call will take even longer to return. She never returned calls anyways. I really wanted to see this doctor but the service from the office staff is probably the worst I have ever seen. Trust me I have been to a lot of doctors and hospitals. Choose another neuro. I won't go back and I have been a patient for quite a while- I can't take it anymore.
Pros: The Doctors
Cons: Everthing else
