This company is awesome! My 27 year old central heating system finally died. I called CCM to come take a look. Mike came out the same day since my heat was out. He was courteous, clean cut and very professional. He wore paper booties over his shoes to protect my floors. He tested the system thoroughly and explained to me what needed to be repaired. I wanted to know the cost of repair vs replacement. Mike was very thorough in explaining that I could definitely repair the system and showed me exactly what needed to be done with an estimate. However, because the system was so old I did not want to do a somewhat expensive repair when I knew the system did not have much life left in it. Mike gave me a couple of different options for repair vs replacement. He did not hard sell me and left the decision up to me. Also, the replacement quote Mike gave was almost 35 less than the last company I spoke with, and it was for a Carrier brand. I chose to replace rather than repair as I was having continual problems with my old system.
The replacement crew showed up on time. There were 3 of them. They were all extremely polite, very clean cut, and explained everything they did. They put down covering on my floors to ensure they did not get scratched. They were patient and answered all of my questions. They gave me a demo and instructions for the new system when they were finished and showed me how to change the filter. They left my home spotless without a speck of dust of dirt to be found. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and courteous!
