I recently visited Spa Sydell on a business trip. Went there to relax and forget about the meetings I will be attending the next two days. When you walk through the doors you are thinking i can't wait to relax. It was the opposite. People kept trying to sell me more services/products. They were over charging me on my service. I was being treated like they were doing me a favor for being there. The girl was not friendly at all. To make things worst the cashier was the DIRECTOR of the spa.....rude. Need a lesson in Customer First. What to make sure others don't make the same mistake i made and go to Spa Sydell.
