I love LLB! The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, the staff are lovely people who always greet me by name, and the classes and equipment are top notch. I've lost weight and inches and had a great time doing it! Huge perk - childcare is free! I've made new friends and learned so much about health and fitness here. There is always someone happy to answer questions or give advice. Check it out!
