Before I found Vivian I tried everything to get rid of my sciatic pain. Nothing helped me for about 6 months, but after just a few weeks with PTPT I finally could run and feel relief from my pain. I couldn't believe it! Although she ""fixed"" me I still refuse to leave her because of the effect she has on me. I feel stronger, healthier, and more in charge of my body than ever before. There is so little we know about our bodies, and it is so easy to change it thanks to Vivian. I'm not only stronger and healthier, but also motivated to run my best on my favorite steeplechase...thanks Vivian!
